Do the Following (only copy what is in Blue):

Open a CMD Prompt in
Windows XP | click Start -> Run -> cmd
Windows Vista & 7 | click orb -> cmd
then press ENTER
type the following

1. cd c:\android\sdk\tools

1.) Donate: If you donate you will become an administrator, this is a monthly donation and will require you to donate every month. You may say this sounds wrong, well I have to pay to run the server so it makes it fair that you would have to help.

2.) Luck: I have give a few people admin access but the chances of you getting this is likely never to happen.
